| The Board's comments on this appointment (including rationale, selection criteria, board diversity considerations, and the search and nomination process) | The Board of Directors, having considered the recommendation of the Nominating Committee and having reviewed and considered the qualifications, working experience and suitability of Mr Wong King Kheng ("Mr Wong"), is of the view that Mr Wong has the requisite experience and capability to assume the responsibility as an Independent Director of the Company. Accordingly, the Board of Directors approved the appointment of Mr Wong as an Independent Director of the Company. Mr Wong will also be appointed as Member of audit committee ("AC"), nominating committee ("NC") and remuneration committee ("RC").
